MASSE TO DEBATE THE OJIBWAY NATIONAL URBAN PARK PRIVATE MEMBERS BILL C-248

 

OTTAWA, ON – Windsor West MP Brian Masse’s Private Members Bill, will be debating his Private Members Bill(PMB), the An Act to amend the Canada National Parks Act (Ojibway National Urban Park of Canada) today at 11:00AM. This will be the first hour of debate on the bill. Masse first introduced his PMB on February 9, 2022. This is the culmination of years if not decades or work by many residents of this region fighting to protect this unique ecosystem in one of the most heavily developed areas in the country.
